To all Members and Visitors

As a result of  recent problems and an increasing number of incorrect cards being handed in, the Committee this week discussed the strict implementation of rules. The conclusion drawn to protect the golf clubs integrity is that any incorrect cards will result in disqualification as determined by the rules. Equally if there is a rules question whilst playing, the player involved should play two balls on that hole, recording both scores and seek a ruling when returning to the club house.

Obviously, common sense must prevail, but the rules must be adhered to, and this way everybody knows where they stand and a level of consistency will be achieved, whilst taking nothing away from the special and friendly nature of of club which we value highly.
