With winter barely over, here is a note talking about next November. We have organised our annual members golf trip and our destination this year is Vila Sol. Two days of golf, two nights in the hotel and a gala dinner in lovely surroundings. The cost is around 350 euro per head for all the things I can think of – hotel, golf, buggy, lunches, gala dinner, etc. Non-golfers costs are lower and I will confirm all those costs when I have had a further meeting with Vila Sol in a couple of weeks. Anyone wishing to stay the extra night before the event, I believe the room cost is 80 euro but will also confirm in a couple of weeks.
We have quite a few members signed up already, thanks to all of you. Could I ask anyone who wishes to join us on the trip that hasn’t yet signed up to let me know asap that they would like to go. I need to give Vila Sol a final number and significant deposit at the end of April.
Also, could those who have not yet done so and who wish to go please pass your deposit of 50 euro per head to David Haddon before the end of the month – if you are not around at the Parque please transfer the money to the following bank account clearly stating your name as the reference

Details of the trip can be found on the club website, please note we need a deposit for non-golfers too.
